Providing support and improvement services of Railway energy management system which plays a key role in the processes for planning, controlling and evaluation of all aspects of energy procurement, usage and optimization. System components are core software, Middleware Enterprise Service Bus, and Web based application.
Execution of analysis and design activities based on which necessary primary and disaster recovery infrastructure configuration services were provided that led to proper deployment of core and business services (ERP, Mail, TOS) for the Dry Port operator.
Running the PMO services for a big R&D project with multiple subcontractors, suppliers and complex implementation scope.
